Prime Ride Affiliates

OVERVIEW

Our core service is to enable our affiliates business to better realize their transportation objectives. (period)

We achieve this task in a number of ways:

  • The heart of our software engine is a dispatching/reservation system. When a request is made for local service or for service in one of the cities in our network, our system forwards the request to the appropriate affiliate and follows up on it. The affiliate making the request sees the progress of the request in real-time.

  • The system also provides integrated links to external websites to automatically give directions, estimate mileage, and provide real-time flight arrival information.

  • The system provides "role-based" security. This allows a certain affiliate user to be only be able to take reservations, whereas another affiliate user may only be a dispatcher. You may create as many users as you wish and mix and match all sorts of security privileges for these users.

  • This allows you to view who performed what task at what time and manage your business from various remote locations. The system has features to manage chauffeurs. It records payments to them on an hourly or commission basis. If your chauffeurs have cell-phones or pagers that can be emailed to, the system sends an email to them informing them about their assignments or their cancellations.

  • You have control over when you want to pay your chauffeurs. The statements are viewable online, or you may also download into QuickBooks Pro 2000 ® as bills. The system helps manage clients of affiliates. Each client may have various users and each user may enter independent reservations and keep track of them. For instance, if you have a client named Acme Corporation, you may create separate "users" for various individuals or departments within Acme Corporation. Each individual "user" will be able to make worldwide reservations and track their progress in real-time and yet the final bill will be consolidated and generated to Acme Corporation.

Examples of individual accounts could be the CEO, CFO, etc. and the secretaries of departments for departmental accounts. If one such "user" travels to a distant location and needs ground transportation service, he or she can log on to your website and request the service, instead of looking into the yellow pages. You get the comfort of knowing that your client is well taken care of. The client gets rapid service and gets billed by you under the existing contract with you.

These reservations will appear on your "Reservation" screen, as well as on the "Dispatch" screen of the appropriate affiliate servicing these calls. Of course, in case of local calls, you'll automatically get all the service requests and the request would appear on both of your screens.

You have control over when you want to generate statements for the clients. The statements have consolidated billing for the client, from all of its users. The statements are viewable online for the clients and they can also be downloaded by you into QuickBooks Pro 2000 ® and you can generate paper statements to be mailed to the client.
